Here are the elements of a BrandMail email:

1. Your logo or company graphics.
    
2. Automatic date.
    
3. The greeting and body of the message is all you need to type in email.
   
   The information in (4) and (5) are automatically pulled from your account profile and added as formatted in the template.
    
4. The closing, your signature, name and title.
    
5. Your contact information – company name, address, phone and fax numbers, and Web site link.
